DigiRail NXprog gathers the best of both, easy programming of Arduino community and industrial device reliability and robustness for automation applications. Its integrated I/O handles analog and digital signals, allowing DigiRail NXprog be used as an I/O extension of standard automation systems or as a brain of custom applications, with local and agile decision making.
Arduino compatible, DigiRail NXprog enables the use of high level programming languages such as C / C ++ that enable the user to implement complex algorithms such as recursive logic, state machines, statistical analysis and mathematical equations. This is an excellent advantage over the mid-level programming hardship (IEC standard) found on most PLCs in the global market, with a lower adherence by the new generation of automation technicians.

Designed especially for harsh environments, DigiRail NXprog demystifies the use of Arduino compatible devices for the industry, being the perfect combination of ruggedness with easy programming. The RS485 interface allows communication with other Modbus RTU protocol devices, either as a master or slave. DigiRail NXprog also has Modbus TCP protocol through an Ethernet port, which increases the applicability of the equipment with SCADA management or control systems. Flexible for receiving protocols from Arduino community libraries or implementing custom protocols, DigiRail NXprog enables a variety of applications with machines or processes connectivity.
